Farewell Tali!

On the 30th of November we had a gathering to mark the departure of Tali Eichner. After 11 years in the role of Dairy Manager, Tali has moved on to new challenges. During her time here, Tali has been responsible for processing all the milk from the herd and making the cheese, yoghurt, kefir and other products. As a maker of award-winning cheese, Tali was also a founding member of the Raw Milk Producers Association. The RMPA was created to represent this growing element within the dairy trade and provide advice and technical support for farmers who want to provide healthy unprocessed milk to the public.
Over the years Tali has worked tirelessly to ensure the highest quality of the dairy products we sell and has created an excellent team who share these values. While the search for a permanent replacement dairy manager continues, the work continues in the capable hands of Dom, Josh, Tal, Abra, Nick and new recruit, Shasta. On behalf of the team here at Plaw Hatch, I would like thank Tali for her excellent work here and wish her a happy and prosperous future.
